Servant Teams
Servant Teams are 4-month service opportunities, which are offered in established WMF countries of service. Each Servant Team is comprised of four to seven people who commit to live and serve together, under the leadership of a full-time WMF staff member.

Servant Team Objectives
1. The Servant Team's primary purpose is to facilitate a deeper intimacy with Christ. In celebrating the person of Jesus Christ and learning to love Him more we are able to experience greater love for one another.
2. The Servant Team exists for discipleship. With Christ as the example and through increased intimacy with Him, we will disciple one another through the fellowship of a Christian community.
3. The Servant Team exists to serve the poorest of the world's poor. Service is the result of intimacy with Christ. As a body, we will participate in outreach among the suffering.
