Vision Statement

WMF Omaha seeks to serve the poor by serving the WMF community through administration, advocacy, pastoral care, and vision casting. We believe that our service enables the greater community to function efficiently and resourcefully. We seek to live simply and in a prophetic posture, existing in humility and submission to the Father amid a Western culture of pride and individualism. We affirm our need for each other and for intentional community in such a setting.

Administration

The ministry of administration serves the administrative, financial and legal needs of WMF and its staff.

Advocacy

The ministry of advocacy serves to articulate God's heart for the poor to the church and to amplify the voices of the poor themselves. WMF Advocacy includes ministries such as Beggars Society, Short Term Programs and The Cry.

Community Care

The U.S. office is a hub for the pastoral care of the WMF community. The ministry of community care attends to the physicial, spiritual and mental needs of all WMF staff.
